Prices are in Canadian, no Taxes are charged. Children age 2 and under stay for free.

Summer arrivals and departures require a 7 night min booking and can be any day of the week. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is at 11am on departure day.

Spring, Fall and Winter 6 night bookings receive one additional night for free!

There are seasonal minimum nights booking requirements however inquiries are welcome as there are sometimes shorter periods between longer bookings, which come available.

Arrival can be any day of the week. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is at 11am on departure day.  

In order to complete the booking, 50% of the rent is required, payable by cheque, with the balance owing to be paid 30 days in advance of arrival.  A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Without a credit card, a refundable deposit of 15% of the booking fee is required.

Cancellation of 30 days or more, prior to arrival date, will be refunded less a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation.  Cancellation made 29 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. However, if we are able to re-book the time, we will gladly refund the amount less $50.00.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Please leave the property in good condition similar to how you found it upon arrival.  Extra housekeeping services required after your departure will be deducted from the security deposit. 

No smoking, no pets, except service animals.  Thank you.

Quiet times 11:00 pm to 7:00am.

Parking is available next to building, for two automobiles.
